Conditional Access Control
In managed enterprise environments, enforcing access policies based on specific conditions - such as time windows, user roles, or network locations - is essential to protect critical systems and data. Restricting access outside of approved periods helps minimise the risk of unauthorized activity and data exposure, especially during times when IT supervision is limited.
MaxiSafe supports conditional access control by enabling administrators to define and enforce granular access rules based on configurable parameters. This ensures that only authorised users can access applications and resources under predefined conditions, reducing the attack surface while maintaining operational continuity.
Steps:
- Go to Emergency Mitigation.
- Enable either Kill Switch, Read-Only Website or Static Website.
- Under Scheduling, select Periodic and configure the desired time window for the feature to be effective.
