Input Configuration

General

  • App: Enter the app name, support a-z, 0-9, and _ (underscore). The app name is part of the stream identifier and the playback URL.

  • Stream: Enter the stream name, support a-z, 0-9, and _ (underscore). The stream name is also part of the stream identifier and playback URL.

Input

  • Input Protocol: Support RTMP (push), SRT, SRT (pull), MPEG-TS over UDP (unicast), and MPEG-TS over UDP (multicast). For SRT and MPEG-TS, video, audio, and subtitle track PIDs must be provided. Audio and subtitle tracks support multiple tracks for multi-language configuration.

Advanced Configuration

  • Ingest HA: Support multiple RTMP ingest streams for high availability. Support the user's own ingest domain; otherwise, LSS will automatically assign one (recommended to minimise DNS setup).

  • Dynamic Ad Insertion: Supports SCTE-35 control signals within SRT or MPEG-TS streams to enable both Client-Side Ad Insertion (CSAI) and Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI).

Note: This feature typically requires integration with the user’s advertising platform. The SCTE-35 track PID must be specified during configuration.

Supplement

Allocate sufficient processing resources for the channel.

  • Bitrate: Expected average bitrate.

  • vCodec: Video codec. Support H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC.

  • FPS: Frames per second.

Enable recording directly from the input RTMP stream and uploading to a specified OSS bucket.

  • Bucket: Create or select an OSS bucket.

  • Path: Configure the recording storage path.

  • Output Format: Supported formats include MP4, HLS, and DASH.
